11.1 binguplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
11.2 You may close your binguplus account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance review) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
